I think that in v1.3.29 and 1.3.30 (havent tried 1.3.31 yet!) the automatic backup function doesn't work any longer.

Great job and thank for keeping SeoNote improving. Laughing

It works. Just in the SEO Note settings you need set autobackup folder and autobackup level - autobackup folder it is a folder for backup files and autobackup level it is a count of backup copies.

seonote team.

Well, I have the same problem (version 1.3.31). I HAVE set backup folder and autobackup level and nothing happened. I tried with many folders (always very simple folder name) and levels, restarting program (and even computer), but still nothing... I think that settings are checked correctly. Here is the corresponding part of my SeoSettings.ini:

iNumBackCopies=3
AutoBackupFolder=E:\dataseo\

It creates a backups when saves a current file. If you not changed your file it not creates a backup.

Can you give more information about your system for test?

Nothing special. XP with SP 2. But I do remember for sure that the backup function worked properly with the earliest version of SEONote I used (1.3.25? .26? .27?).

I have also found autobackup not to work

1.3.32 seonote

Windows XP 32 SP3
1GB RAM
1TB HD total
AMD athalon 64 3200 2.1GHz

I have even tried adding a path for autobackup, removing it etc.

I can send or post a sysinfo or belarc etc. dump if that would help.

(edit to correct seonote version)
